I’m relieved I found someone to help with my plumbing needs! Scott will be on my speed dial, he is prompt and communicates great. He is exactly who I need to help with faucet changes, hose repairs, under the kitchen sink installs. His prices are reasonable and he makes sure to explain what he doing.

Called around and Scott provided the best quote. Looked at his ratings and said ok. Let’s do this. Good communication and he was here within the hour on a Sunday. Very knowledgeable and professional, had to get a couple of parts from the local hardware store. The bill was fair at the end of the day and he fixed more than what I initially saw broken. In the middle of last year I had a leak on the spiket on the side of my house. I tried to fix it myself but was out of my skill range with glue, tape and anger. So I called upon Mr. Scott Cook knowing he was a plumber by trade I felt I made the right decision. Scott was very prompt, polite and friendly, assessed the situation and he went right to work. He walked me through what needed to be done and he executed it with ease. When the job was done he asked if everything else was working, I said my water heater needed its yearly flush. Scott asked if he could take a look at it I said yes, he put a camera scope inside my tank and informed me that the harsh water Arizona has put a beating on our tanks and he showed me proof. Scott informed me that I had a little bit of time but I needed to act fast he wasn't looking to make a sale he was being informative as a friend, so my new water heater will be replaced by this professional gentleman Scott Cook. I recently found Scott on Facebook, and happened to need some work done. He had great reviews, so I contacted him to come and give me an estimate. He responded soon afterwards, and we scheduled an appointment. Both appointments, Scott arrived on time, and soon after checking the problem areas, he gave me a fair estimate. We were able to find a date that worked for both of us, which happened to be on a Sunday. Scott was efficient and took care of the issues I had with a toilet, and garbage disposal. He’s a nice man, and a hard worker. He knows what he’s doing, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him for your plumbing issues.

So we needed a faucet replaced and luckily I found Scott. He did a great job. The faucet I had purchased didn't include the supply lines he zipped over to Lowe's and was back to finish up no problem. He's was also considerate to my 99 yr old Grandmother and THAT was very appreciated. If you need a reliable and respectful Handyman Scott is my recommendation from here on out.

I had Scott come out to install a utility sink in our garage. He was the only one who I think read my post. I posted pictures of what I needed done, he provided his availability and estimate, and that was it! He showed up when he said he would. I called Scott on a Saturday afternoon regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. He came over later that same day to get an idea of what was going on. He explained the issue and said that he would be back tomorrow (a Sunday) today fix it. True to his word, Scott showed when he said he would and had everything fixed and cleaned up within a couple of hours. He did all of this on a weekend and didn't charge ridiculous emergency rates. Scott is fair, honest and does good quality work. Will definitely be calling on you again when in need of plumbing services.

I had a toilet wanting to go for a 5K. I mean it started running and was not slowing down for anything. I was lucky enough to have heard about Scott and called asap. He squeezed me in between 2 appointments and had things fixed within an hour. I cant express the relief I felt. Scott is a great plumber and makes you feel a priority. His prices are very reasonable. My sewer line got plugged up. I called other people first and they said it would be late before they could get to me or they wanted me to make their car payment. Found Scott and he he would be here as soon as he could. What I thought was going to be a 15 minute job took several hours. He found what was causing the back up. Scott was very pleasant and professional. He did what had to be done without one complaint. If I ever need work done I now have his number on my phone.

Scott saved my buyer in a pinch! I called him in the morning because a home my client was purchasing had some very weird water pressure going on and had us scratching our heads. He was able to get us in the same day and figured out what was going on. He was able to give us a break down of what it would take to fix the problem for when we closed on the property. I felt he was very knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using him again!
